✅ Skills you must have:

1 year of recruiting experience
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Familiarity supporting a fast-paced team
Solid knowledge of HR laws pertaining to employee files and safekeeping

The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, can work independently or as a team, and a positive attitude.

✅ Responsibilities

Recruiting for caregivers & day program facilitators
Assisting with new hire onboarding (some travel required to facilitate orientations
Present and manage new hire orientation and onboarding
Develop relationships with schools, colleges and agencies
Employee file compliance and audits
Assists management team with training and documents tracking & filing.

📋 Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Able to work in the North Bay/Santa Rosa/ Petaluma/ Ukiah area
Able to pass a background check per state industry standards
Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
